Easiest Guacamole. Ever.
Guacamole is a staple everyone should know how to whip together. And seriously - it can be that easy. I've created a recipe that amazes people - I'm not exaggerating. And when I tell them just how easy it is, they are pleasantly surprised. This guac is loaded with fresh onion, tomato, lime and garlic. But the secret is to use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. Trust me on this one!

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
___________
Two large ripe avocadoes
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup de-seeded and finely diced Roma, cherry, grape or any sweeter tomato (no beefsteaks here, people!)
1/2 de-seeded and de-ribbed finely diced jalapeño
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp course sea salt
Instructions:
____________
Mash avocado with a fork. You want it to be a smooth consistency with some chunks. Then fold in the onion, tomato and jalapeño. Next, fold in the salt and the garlic powder. Add the lime juice, and then guess what - you're going to fold it all together! Taste, and add more salt if needed. And that's it, folks! Serve with chips & tequila.
